Hakim Benotmane is a Swiss entrepreneur active across several sectors, with an exceptional career. Born in France, he became an entrepreneur at 17 and launched his restaurant chain at 19. At 21, he became Europe's youngest franchisor and developed more than 150 million in revenue.
A visionary and pioneer of ethical franchising, he has inspired an entire generation to dream big and dream of owning a franchise.
Early in his career, he appeared on several television programmes showcasing his story.
He recognised the importance of a property company early on, combining distribution, operations and real estate as he expanded. Alongside his business, he invested around the world and developed international expertise at a young age.
In 2014, he sold his first chain and moved into AI and process automation.
In 2021, he was the first to enter the race to acquire the Quick brand, bringing 230 million to the table, but was narrowly beaten by a competing American fund.
